The Health Services Bureau is responsible for providing law enforcement services to one of the largest health care systems in the world. Under the command of Bureau Chief LaMar LaFave, the Los Angeles County police provides, vehicle, bicycle, and foot patrol services 24 hours per day, seven days a week to over 40 county health clinics and five major county hospitals; Los Angeles County/USC Medical Center, Rancho Los Amigos National Rehabilitation Center, Martin Luther King Jr./Drew Medical Center, Harbor UCLA Medical Center, and Olive View Medical Center.
The Los Angeles County Police are responsible for providing law enforcement services to protect the property and ensure the safety of clients, patrons, and employees who utilize these facilities.
